It all started with a swollen cheek and taping costing me $400.

Okay😅, not quite like that, it all started with the Milan fashion week.

Yes, I was a model before, but now it is so much more than that. Two days before the start of the modeling shows, I had to have a tooth removed from having excruciating pain. There I was standing in the top modeling agency in the world with my face the size of a watermelon and the dentist’s phrase "swelling will go away in 2 weeks" spinning around in my thoughts. With 2 weeks of healing to go, I had only one day until casting before fashion week. Without thinking long, my booker enrolled me in a Kinesio taping clinic.

The next day, I left the clinic, shocked, angry, and with tape on my pumpkin-faced cheeks for a whopping $400.

I laid my head down that night fearful that I would lose my job because I was no longer beautiful. The next morning I shuffled myself to the mirror. In shock, the reflection revealed a beautiful face without 80% of swelling. And after 2 days, my face looked the same as before.

I did all my shows under the IMG Agency.

However, the thought of this incredibly expensive tape did not leave my mind. In fact, I became incredibly obsessed with Kinesio taping. I read all the research articles that I could come across.

That was 6 years ago and here I am now, after years of studying in different countries, tons of experience, finishing medical school, and 1000’s satisfied customers.
