When will I receive my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email that will include an estimated shipment date(s):

  • DHL Express: Currently DHL is unavailable in our country. We are working hard to find a way to deliver faster. Meanwhile, we suggest only the standard Shipping option (5-10 business days). Sorry for the inconvenience.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10  business days based on the date when the order was placed. Shipping for orders below $300 costs $15. Shipping for orders above $300 is free.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We take care of Planet Earth and keep low stock in order not to overuse the resources. Usually, we send the orders out the same day/next business day we receive them. Please, allow us 1-3 business days to dispatch your order on days of higher demand. (Still, we will proceed with Miranda Priestly's office urgency!)

How can I track my order?

DHL Express

  • Go to DHL website.

  • Paste your tracking number from the "Shipping Information" email you received from kotova.taping@gmail.com. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam. If the letter is nowhere to be found we're always happy to help at kotova.taping@gmail.com.

  • On the home page enter the tracking number and hit the ‚Track’ button

Standard Shipping

  • Go to Nova Poshta Globalwebsite.

  • Paste your tracking number from the "Shipping Information" email you got from kotova.taping@gmail.com.If you haven't received the email, please check your spam. If the letter is nowhere to be found we're always happy to help at kotova.taping@gmail.com.

  • Every Nova Poshta tracking number also has a UPS tracking number, our partners.

  • Go to your Nova Poshta tracking and in the ‚Additional numbers‘ line you will be able to find your UPS tracking number (usually it’s the last one)

  • Go to the UPS website

  • On the home page fill in your tracking and hit the ‚Track‘ button

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Since delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout.

Please note: although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

During the war in Ukraine, additional taxes for EU citizens are removed.
